He is past senior vice president of Baer & Associates Construction Cost Consultants, past president of the Western New York Construction Specifications Institute Chapter, past president of the Buffalo Architecture Foundation, and has provided expert witness testimony regarding construction values before the Supreme Court of the State of New York,  Counties of Albany, Erie, Niagara, Onondaga, Monroe, Wyoming and Orleans, New York Western District Court,  and the United States Tax Court.
